Volunteer
Project Volunteers needed!
(In addition to knitting and crocheting)
- Host a knitting/crocheting circle.
- Distribute flyers to yarn shops and other likely spots.
- Line up additional drop-off points at locations around the city (merchants, houses of worship, knitting shops…).
- Be liaison with a drop-off point, picking up goods once or twice a week.
- Deliver finished items to our distribution partners.
Not the handy-craftsy type?
See the volunteer list above. Or donate a few skeins of yarn or a yard or two of fleece and we’ll get them to the nimble-fingered folks. Or solicit donations of yarns from local businesses for yarns or related materials.
